• Answer inbound calls and provide remote technical assistance to Italian-speaking customers.
• Respond to live chat, email inquiries, and online requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely using company tools and procedures.
• Perform initial system clean-ups for new customers and explain the software and services provided.
• Follow up on bookings, conduct Quality Control calls, and encourage customer feedback and reviews.

• At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
• Excellent command of Italian and outstanding communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office, remote support tools, and basic computer maintenance.
